The really annoying part is that the fan is spinning up and down constantly, so the change in noise/frequency is very audible. Firmware and drivers for Laptop and Dock are the most recent. Sometimes when it is blowing, it throttles down to 50% for a second and goes back up to 100%. Firmware updates have not helped in this case either.
